Our mission is to help women reshape their bodies and rise to their full potential. We offer weight loss programs that integrate an overall approach to hormonal changes and lifestyle. From planning for pregnancy to maintaining weight through perimenopausal years and into the early years of menopause, our programs are tailored to women’s unique needs.

Hi, Iโ€™m Dr Melinda Lukens. I have been a practicing obstetrician and gynecologist for 15 years and have worked with thousands of women in that time period. During medical school and residency training, I learned about the human body and the science behind what makes all of our organs work and also what is the healthiest way to care for our bodies. Through practicing medicine and caring for patients, as well as growing older in my own body and experiencing motherhood myself, I learned more about the realities of what happens with our minds, our bodies and different roadblocks in truly caring for ourselves.

I found that a lot of women were struggling to find the balance of caring for their families and caring for themselves and were regularly asking me for help. I wanted more tools and decided to get further training and experience in weight loss medicine and thus got my board certification in Obesity Medicine. I have developed tools to help women set and achieve manageable goals for optimal health. Let’s work together to help Reshape & Rise in our minds and our bodies.
